-150 gr of walnuts
-100 gr of almonds
-the shell of 2 lemons
-100 gr of orejones
-100 gr of prunes
-300 gr of honey

Grind raisins, walnuts, almonds and lemon peel in a shredder. Then add the juice of 2 lemons to the mixture, in addition add the prunes and the dried apricots and mix again. At the end, add the honey, leave the mixture in a dark place for 1-2 days.

Adults should consume 1-2 tablespoons 3 times a day. Children over 3 years should consume 1 tablespoon 2 times a day. (under this age abstain)

2. Adult Recipe: Ingredients Needed:

-200 gr apricots
-200 gr prunes
-200 gr dried figs
-200 gr walnuts
-1 lemon
-250 g honey

Grind the nuts and lemon together with the peel in a shredder. Add the honey and mix well. Keep the container with the mixture in the refrigerator, and consume 1 tablespoon before meals.
